Our carefully-selected Iberian and Italian wines can be enjoyed alone, as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to our savory meals and snacks. 

Knipprath Cellars is a family-owned winery located in an old brick schoolhouse near Felts Field in our former home of Spokane, Washington. Knipprath specializes in Iberian port wines made with grapes from Washington State. These New World ports are the perfect accompaniment to our savory specials. 

La V: Merlot Port aged with Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans. 

Au Chocolat: Cabernet Sauvignon Port aged with 100% natural cocoa bean essence. 

Gagliardo is an Italian winery located in the Piedmont region of Italy. Our Gagliardo Bianco (white) is refreshingly light and sweet with a low alcohol content of around five percent. Villa M wines are excellent with fruit or nuts. 

Villa M Bianco: Moscato with hints of peach and nectarine from Italy’s Asti region. 

Spirited Desserts & Beverages 

Spirited Affogato: Affogato means drowned in Italian, and our spirited version substitutes a shot of liqueur for the traditional espresso. Options include Bailey’s Irish Cream, Frangelico, Amaretto, Kahlua, and Peppermint Schnapps. Also available in a Spirited Hot Chocolate or Spirited Mocha. 

Rossini is a popular Italian drink made with dry Prosecco wine and strawberries, but at Medzo you can be creative and pair it with any of our sorbets for an interesting twist on this classic bubbly. 

Portini is a Medzo original pairing your favorite gelato or sorbet with our Vanilla or Chocolate port. 

Non-Alcoholic Beverages and Desserts 

Limonata: Sorbet lemonade served with 2 scoops of your favorite sorbet. 

Balsamica: Two scoops of gelato drizzled with Oilerie Rasberry Balsamic. 

Teabetto: Cold-brew Ceylon tea with a scoop of lemon sorbet. 

Toddygato: Cold-brew coffee with two scoops of gelato (cold affogato).
