With instruction from world-renowned gelato masters in the U.S. and Italy, we have developed our own recipes that include traditional favorites such as pistachio and nocciola (hazelnut) as well as exotic flavors from the Mediterranean Zone which inspired our name, such as rose, baklava and raspberry balsamic. And we will be introducing some legendary local flavors to our mix in our new location, starting with Grit City Gold (Almond Roca nuggets buried in Medzo’s dark rich chocolate gelato).
